Shocking Video Shows Florida 'Boca Bash' Revelers Dumping Trash Into Ocean

Shocking video shows boaters grabbing trash cans and dumping the contents right into the ocean. The incident took place during  Boca Bash, where 10,000 revelers gathered on Lake Boca Raton in Florida. The party takes place annually on the last Sunday in April. The boaters were captured on drone camera getting rid of the trash by dumping the garbage cans into the ocean. Littering in a waterway can result in as much as a $1,000 fine and up to a year in jail.
