She's done it again!

Julia Roberts has been named the "World's Most Beautiful Woman" by People magazine for the fifth time.

The star first graced the cover in 1991 when she was just 23 — a year after the release of Pretty Woman. She returned to the list in 2000, 2005 and 2010.

Now 49, Roberts is back on the cover once more.

"I'm very flattered," she told the magazine.

In the issue, Roberts, who is a mom to 12-year-old twins and a 9-year-old, also opens up about her marriage to cinematographer Danny Moder.

"I mean every day my husband walks in the door it’s like a recurring dream. I’m like, 'Ah, he’s back!'" she said.

Actress Reese Witherspoon, former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland and Oscar-winner Emma Stone are also featured in the issue.

And fresh off her appearance in the 2017 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, Christie Brinkley, 63, additionally appears in the People issue alongside her three children, Jack, Alexa Ray and Sailor.

"I'm so proud of my babies," Brinkley said. "We really do love being together."
