3-Year-Old Amputee Wears Halloween Costumes That Embrace Her Missing Arm

A mom says her daughter's Halloween costumes don't hide what makes her unique. 3-year-old Scarlette Tipton was born with a rare form of cancer and needed her left arm amputated to save her life. Her mom says they like to choose Halloween costumes for her that embrace Scarlette's differences to give her confidence to participate in festivities with other kids.
