Man Sobs When His Family Surprises Him With New Puppy

James Xuerob, Ontario, was overcome with emotion when he was surprised with a Bichon Frise puppy. "No I am not Nemo. Nor could I ever be Lucy. My mommy brought me to bring you some happiness back into your life," reads a card he's given with the gift.
