    Subway Rider Gives Shirt to Homeless Man: 'It Was the Right Thing to Do'

    A passenger on the New York City subway gave a frail and shivering homeless man the shirt off his back. Joey Rest is speaking out about his act of kindness. He told INSIDE EDITION: "I just did it because it was the right thing to do. I would have felt bad and it would have been on my conscience if I had just left him like that." Resto was filmed by another subway rider who posted the video to Facebook. Resto said: "When I see something like that or I see something wrong I just do it. I act."

    Fire Captain No Longer Needs Reading Glasses After Groundbreaking New Surgery

    Captain A.J. Martinez has a ton of glasses for various things he needs to do like look at a computer and has many spares for wherever he goes. He turned to Dr. Robert Lin for the newly approved KAMRA eye surgery that the doctor says will enable him to read without glasses. The San Diego firefighter says he was blindsided when he turned 50 years old and suddenly "woke up in the morning and had blurry vision and I couldn't figure it out." Martinez says he felt great after the procedure and had no pain.
