    Dad Gets Head Tattoo To Match His Son's Brain Cancer Surgery Scar

    8-year-old Gabriel Marshall fought hard to overcome a rare malignant brain tumor last year. But the brain surgery left him with a large horseshoe shaped scar on the side of his head. The boy's father, Josh, tells InsideEdition.com that Gabriel felt like a monster because people would stare at his scar. So Josh decided to get a head tattoo that looked like his son's scar to help his self-confidence. Even though they both have scars, Gabriel loves his dad's new tattoo and is thrilled to have a twin.

    Fire Captain No Longer Needs Reading Glasses After Groundbreaking New Surgery

    Captain A.J. Martinez has a ton of glasses for various things he needs to do like look at a computer and has many spares for wherever he goes. He turned to Dr. Robert Lin for the newly approved KAMRA eye surgery that the doctor says will enable him to read without glasses. The San Diego firefighter says he was blindsided when he turned 50 years old and suddenly "woke up in the morning and had blurry vision and I couldn't figure it out." Martinez says he felt great after the procedure and had no pain.
