Actress Lisa Robin Kelly from That 70's Show was arrested for driving while intoxicated. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
Underneath that disheveled hair is actress Lisa Robin Kelly, looking a lot different in her mugshot than how we are used to seeing her on the Fox hit That 70's Show.
The mugshot was taken after Lisa was arrested in North Carolina after being pulled over by police. The 40-year-old pled guilty to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to one day in jail, and ordered to pay $143.
The bust actually happened last August but the mugshot has just been released, adding this TV star to the long list of celebrity mug shots.
