The conductor of a scenic train in Colorado was fatally injured this weekend when she fell off the locomotive, according to reports.

The Fremont County Sheriff's Office identified the conductor as Canon City woman Leslie Cacy.

Cacy, 28, may have been a new addition to the Royal Gorge Railroad Scenic Train Staff. While her name does not appear on the company's website, their most recent Instagram photo identifies a woman in the picture as a "trainee" conductor named Leslie.

Cacy's husband was notified of the incident and told his wife's body must undergo an autopsy, according to KKTV.

However, investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol were involved in the accident.

The train was about four miles from the station and on its way back at the time of Cacy's fall. No other details were released as of Sunday morning.
