In a new photo, it looks like Prince Harry, in a baseball cap, is locking lips with the waitress.
The waitress is causing a stir because she's the spitting image of Harry's sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.
26-year-old Jessica Donaldson does have one big difference from Kate…an enormous tattoo on her side.
Donaldson works as a cocktail waitress at a San Diego bar not far from the U.S. military base where the prince is undergoing Apache attack helicopter training.
The pretty brunette reportedly caught his eye while he was out having a few beers with his Army buddies. Donaldson is denying that she shared a kiss with Prince Harry.
"I am not sleeping with Prince Harry and he has never been anything other than a total gentleman to me," she is quoted as saying by the London Daily Mirror.
Donaldson's live-in boyfriend, Brandon Thomason, added: "She said he leaned in to talk to her and it was just the angle of the camera that made it look like a kiss."
