An Arizona hospital is preparing for a baby boom. 16 nurses in the Intensive Care Unit at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa are all currently expecting their own bundles of joy. Most of these expectant moms are due between October and January, but hospital staff says the community doesn't have to worry about a nurse shortage.
