Former Patients Allege Gynecologist Sexually Assaulted Them

Former patients of a Utah gynecologist say their doctor shattered their trust. They say for decades Dr. Broadbent preyed upon young vulnerable members of the local Mormon community, subjecting them to painful and unnecessary examinations for his pleasure. In total, 94 women teamed up to sue Dr. Broadbent. But to their shock, the judge dismissed the lawsuit. Now, they are appealing the case. Dr. Broadbent has not been charged and denies all the allegations. However, while officials continue investigating, he has agreed to stop practicing. Inside Edition’s Lisa Guerrero has more.
