Dog Wrapped in Trash Bags Gets Rescued in Tennessee

A Shih Tzu with a heartbreaking history is lucky to be alive. Dr. Mike Maddux says Buddy is likely experiencing loving affection from humans for the first time after he was found wrapped in two garbage bags. Buddy was found by Erin Lebo, who was driving by when she noticed the bags and found the canine fighting for his life. She later returned to the site to find a doggy dumping ground.
