Giant Lizard Allowed to Stroll English Park on a Leash

Thor the lizard can once again enjoy his walks in the park. The black-throated monitor lizard had been banned from walking in the park near his home in Derby, England, because he scared some dogs. But Thor's owner, Gary Smith, said he reached an agreement with the city to keep Thor on a leash, so he's now back outside in the sunshine.
