Grandfather of Little Girl Who Died on Cruise Charged With Negligent Homicide

The grandfather of an Indiana toddler who fell to her death from a window on a cruise ship is now being charged with negligent homicide by Puerto Rican authorities. Little Chloe Wiegand, who was 17 months old at the time, was with her family on the Royal Caribbean ship Freedom of the Seas, which was docked in Puerto Rico in July. She was reportedly in a play area with her grandfather, Salvatore Anello, when she fell out of a window. Anello said he thought the window was glass.
