Man Sent Horse Manure to Steve Mnuchin's Homes as 'Gift' to Protest Tax Bill

Robby Strong claims he pulled the stunt that caught the attention of the Secret Service by sending gift-wrapped horse manure to homes owned by Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin as a protest of the tax bill that was just passed in Washington. One of Mnuchin's neighbors reportedly called police after seeing a box, which caused a shutdown of the street until it could be investigated.
