Police Use Rope to Rescue Woman From 54th Story Ledge

Police came to the rescue of a woman in distress who appeared to have climbed over the railing of the 54th story building in New York City. Officers used a rope and held onto her tightly to bring her back to safety. “We’re right here. We’re not going anywhere,” one officer can be heard saying on body camera video.
