Staff Sergeant Ty Carter received America's highest military honor for running through enemy fire to retrieve supplies and pulling an injured comrade to safety during a 2009 battle in Afghanistan. After President Trump slammed Florida deputies for failing to stop the Parkland high school shooting, the Medal of Honor recipient says rushing into the scene of a mass shooting is "probably the worst thing you can do." Sgt. Carter reveals he's even given his 13-year-old daughter survival training.
