Mom Turns to 911 Call-Taker for Help Knotting Son's Tie

A Florida mom needed help tying her son's tie, so she called on the "fashion police." Diana Wicks drove over to her nearby sheriff's department to get some help. "I already prepared all of his clothes, ironed and everything and pants and stuff, and so only thing that was left was his tie. I said, 'Oh my goodness, how am I going to tie this tie?'"  Luckily, 911 dispatcher Hannah Mesh was ready and able. InsideEdition.com's Leigh Scheps has more.
