Princess Kate Hospitalized Following Abdominal Surgery

Princess Kate canceled multiple upcoming appearances after being hospitalized for abdominal surgery. In a statement, Kensington Palace says "She will remain in hospital for 10 to 14 days, before returning home to continue her recovery." The Kensington Palace did not reveal details of the surgery but says it was a planned procedure. Her recovery will keep Princess Kate off her feet for about three months. Prince William also cleared his schedule to care for his wife and kids.
