Reporter Covering Hurricane Florence Rescues Dogs in North Carolina

Julie Wilson was in the middle of covering Hurricane Florence when she stopped to save a dog about to drown in rising floodwaters. Wilson works for ABC 11 in New Bern, North Carolina, where the dog was one of many animals endangered by the storm.
