Sign Hung in Teen's Car Leads Stranger to Donate Kidney

A sign hung in Lillian Jarjour's car that read, "Single dad of 3 needs kidney, type O," led a stranger to donate her kidney. The teen got creative when she found out the answer to her mom's boyfriend's disease was a kidney transplant. Ryan Stanford was living with polycystic kidney disease, and his condition was only getting more serious. A woman stumbled on a picture of the sign that was shared on Facebook, so she reached out to Stanford. Lucky enough, the kind stranger was a match.
