Six Months After Hurricane Harvey: Survivors Living in Tents, Sleeping on Floor

Six months after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, survivors are still utilizing tents and sleeping on mattresses on the floor. One woman, Petra Cervantes, is even using a hose to wash dishes. Volunteer Christine Clinkenbeard drives to the hardest hit areas, bringing donations. She says people don't realize, "We need help. Texas is not okay." InsideEdition.com's Lisa Voyticki has more.
