Thousands of Americans Gather to Experience Solar Eclipse
April 8, 2024
Inside Edition reporters were positioned from Texas to Niagara Falls, New York, where crowds gathered for the solar eclipse. “CBS Mornings” anchor Tony Dokoupil was in Indianapolis, Indiana, where stargazers camped out overnight. In New York City, Inside Edition’s Alison Hall was at the Edge in Hudson Yards. It's the highest outdoor balcony in the Western Hemisphere. The next total eclipse will not happen in the U.S. until 2044.
