Weathermen Lose Their Heads in Halloween Prank Forecasts

It's the witching hour for kids and newscasters alike! A presenter at the U.K.'s National Weather Service was head and shoulders above the rest for his Halloween forecast. And John Elliot of CBS New York also used a clever green screen trick to lose his head. Another weather guy was walking on cloud nine during his forecast. As for meteorologist Jeremy Eisenzopf, he just really likes "Star Wars."
