    Bartenders: We Never Expected Amy Schumer To Give Us $1,000 Tip

    Amy Schumer left a $1,000 tip on a $77 tab while seeing "Hamilton" on Broadway. Madeleine DeJohn and Sara Laursen are bartenders at the Richard Rogers Theater, where the hit is playing. "It was just amazing," they told IE. "It was something we didn't ever expect." Schumer saw the show over the weekend with a group of people, including her boyfriend and sister. The group spent $77 at the bar, when her boyfriend closed the tab, he told the bartenders she would like them to have the $1,000 tip.

    A little girl was found on the side of the road after a car wreck that killed her mother. The Kentucky State Police say 34-year-old Chasity Murphy died when she flipped her car over an embankment into a creek. They say she drowned when she got trapped behind the wheel after her car landed upside down in the water. Her 9-year-old daughter, Mylee climbed out the window of the car, swim across the creek, and climb up the embankment after the crash. A driver spotted the accident and rescued Mylee.

    Disabled Veteran and His Service Dog Get Job at Hardware Store

    Clay Luthy served his country, but after three deployments and several knee surgeries he wasn't allowed to reenlist. So he went home to Abilene, Texas with his service dog, Charlotte. He wasn't content to just sit at home and still wanted to work, but was having difficulty finding a job until he went to his local Lowe's Home Improvement store. It's been about two months since the pair has been on the job and Clay says it's all working out well. He even made Charlotte her very own work vest.
