Lindsay Lohan Released From Jail, Already in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail, and she spent her first night after her release from jail at the UCLA Medical Center.

Lohan arrived with a police escort following her release after just 13 days in lockup. She will spend the next 90 days in rehab, which will reportedly include a mix of both psychological and drug counseling to help her stay sober

And it appears Lohan even got special treatment once again as she was leaving.
"Lindsay Lohan was released from custody at 1:35 this morning," announced Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore.

Whitmore held a 30-second press conference outside the front door as a kind of diversion to distract the camera crews as Lohan gave them the slip.
The media scrambled as Lohan slipped away to begin her rehab.

She was supposed to start her rehab at the Morningside Recovery Clinic in Newport Beach, California. But at the last minute Judge Marcia Revel stopped that, reportedly concerned that drugs could be snuck in.

At the hospital the actress will reportedly be treated for bipolar disorder and addiction to amphetamines like Adderall, something her lawyer denies.

"My hope for her is that she gets properly diagnosed and properly treated," says Dr. Charles Sophy.
Dr. Sophy is a psychiatrist who treated Paris Hilton after she was released from jail.

"This 90 days at UCLA will be truly 90 days won't it?" INSIDE EDITION's Jim Moret asks.

"It should be truly 90 days and hopefully it will transition into a really good, solid outpatient program that will really keep her wrapped tightly in it so that she's connected and she can't slip and fall."

And INSIDE EDITION has a first look at the trailer from Lohan's new movie, Underground Comedy 2010. Lohan channels Marilyn Monroe in the comedy film produced by Vince Offer, the ShamWow guy. It was shot right before she began her jail term, and the alcohol monitoring bracelet is visible on her ankle.
