INSIDE EDITION was there as workers began laying 16,000 square feet of red carpet at the Kodak theater for Sunday night's ceremony.
Rain is in the forecast, so tents are being raised to keep everyone dry on Oscar® night. Even Oscar® gets a raincoat as the statues are covered in plastic until the big night.
