Erin Moran Went from Happy Days to Hard Times

Erin Moran starred in one of the most legendary TV shows - Happy Days. But hard times have fallen on the actress and INSIDE EDITION found her living in a trailer park.

She starred on one of the biggest TV hits ever, Happy Days, and then went on to star in Joanie Loves Chachi with Scott Baio.

But now, Erin Moran has gone from happy days to hard times.

Moran, better known as Joanie, Richie Cunningham's kid sister, is now living in a trailer park in Indiana. It's about as far from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood as you can get.

The happy little freckle-faced kid, who is now 51-years-old, clearly did not want to be seen at the trailer park when INSIDE EDITION tried to speak with her.

She angrily confronted our producer and screamed, "I am doing great! So what do you want?"

Things just haven't been going Moran's way since her home in Palmdale, California, was foreclosed on. So, Moran moved to Salisbury, Indiana with her 45-year-old husband and his mom. The three of them share a trailer.

Things have gone better for her former cast mates. Henry Winkler became an icon as "The Fonz" and Ron Howard has had a stellar Hollywood career, even winning an Oscar® as a director.

But show biz jobs for Moran have been few and far between. She was last seen on national TV in Celebrity Fit Club in 2008. She was not pleased with her performance though, while the other contestants lost an average of 21 pounds, she lost just three pounds.

Moran's husband is said to be working at the local Wal-Mart trying to make ends meet.  And for the time being this one-time Hollywood starlet lives in a trailer park, waiting for her happy days to return.
