Burt Reynolds Appears Frail at Spike Awards

Burt Reynolds accepted an award at Spike TV's Guys' Choice Awards, looking frail after facing health issues. INSIDE EDITION has the details.

There's concern for Burt Reynolds after his frail appearance at an awards show.

The 77-year-old actor's face looked gaunt and his eyes sunken.

Reynolds' Boogie Nights costar, Mark Wahlberg, presented him with the “Alpha Male” prize at Spike TV's Guys' Choice Awards in honor of Reynolds' years as a Hollywood leading man.

Wahlberg said, "For 50 years, Burt Reynolds has set the bar for what it means to be an alpha male."

The audience donned fake mustaches in tribute to Reynolds' famous facial hair. Ever the flirt, he had something to say to the beautiful women in the audience.

"Now, I can kiss you and find out what it really feels like."

“Sex God Burt Reynolds Shocks Show with Gaunt Look,” blares one headline.

Earlier this year, the Smokey and the Bandit star was rushed to a Florida hospital after coming down with a severe case of the flu. He also survived a quintuple bypass in 2010.
