Before supermodel Lindsay Ellingson slips on her angel wings, she hits the Equinox Health Club to get runway ready.

Ellingson showed INSIDE EDITION some of her favorite yoga poses. She started off with a tree pose. She brings up her leg and then extends it into the air.

Ellingson said, "You really have to tighten your core to focus and breathe."

If you want a toned tummy and legs like the Victoria's Secret models try the downward dog.

Those angel wings may look light, but they're not. Ellingson told us, “Some of them weigh up to 50 lbs so you really have to have a tight core.”

She finishes off with a kale smoothie that's good for the skin, saying, “It also gives you a lot of energy which is exactly what I need for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Make sure to catch me on the runway.”
