Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin To Live Under Same Roof After Split

Gwyneth Paltrow is under more fire this week. After making her 'conscious uncoupling' announcement. INSIDE EDITION has the lates.

Gwyneth Paltrow has broken her silence for the first time since announcing her split from singer Chris Martin. And she’s offering the world chicken recipes!

The actress just posted a new entry on her lifestyle blog Goop.com of a budget stretching recipe for turning a single chicken into three meals. And right at the end, she had a message for her fans: "P.S. Cm and I in deep gratitude for the support of so many. ♥"

“Cm,” of course, is Chris Martin.

INSIDE EDITION has learned new details Friday about Gwyneth and Chris's much ridiculed  “conscious uncoupling” arrangement. They reportedly plan to share their new $14 million Malibu mansion, living separate lives under one roof. The luxury compound has separate living quarters for the actress and rock star.

Relationship expert, Dr. Wendy Walsh says it could be a good idea. In an exclusive interview with INSIDE EDITION, Wendy Walsh said, “Living together while divorced is great for the kids because it's showing the kids that mommy and daddy still love them and it's not their fault. You get two adults investing in these kids. But the downside is the kids are missing witnessing the model of a healthy relataionship because this becomes a blueprint for love for their own love lives later on."

Want further proof that this is a friendly split? Paltrow and Martin are on vacation together in the Bahamas right now with their two youngsters, Apple and Moses. Their getaway even has a fancy name. It's being called a “breakup moon” -- like honeymoon, but without the romance.

Karen Schaler, an award-winning national travel TV correspondent who is also the author of Travel Therapy: Where Do You Need to Go, told INSIDE EDITION, “You know this relationship's not going to work, you're calling it quits. But you're still in this family so you go on this 'breakup moon.' You're together, you talk it out, you show the kids 'we're still going to be a family, we're still good to go' and it just helps everybody make the transition easier."

Paltrow and the Coldplay frontman are not the first celebrity couple to share a "breakup moon." In 2005, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston famously vacationed together just before they broke up and he took up with Angelina Jolie.

And Joan Rivers is weighing in on break-up everyone's talking about. INSIDE EDITION’s Deborah Norville sat down with the comedy legend who isn’t exactly rooting for Team-Gwyneth.

Norville asked Rivers, "Do you know what 'conscious uncoupling' is?"

Rivers laughed and said, "Stupid woman-- just shut up and rename your kids!"
