Oprah's Stepmother Faces Eviction, By Oprah

INSIDE EDITION reports on details of Oprah Winfrey's stepmother being evicted, by none other than Oprah herself.

Oprah Winfrey's stepmother is facing eviction by none other than Oprah.

The TV titan has given her father's ex-wife, Barbara, just 60 days to leave the $1.4 million home in an exclusive neighborhood outside Nashville.

Oprah bought the home for her dad, Vernon, and her stepmother after they married in 2001. The marriage ended in a bitter divorce last year.

Outside court, Barbara said, "That's where I lived for 13 years. That's where my memories are."

According to the eviction notice slapped on Barbara's front door, Oprah purchased the house in the name of her company, Overground Railroad LLC.  It required Barbara to vacate the premises.

"I understand this is her property," stated Barbara in court.

Barbara, a 66-year-old retired school guidance counselor, appeared in court Monday pleading with the judge for more time before being forced out, stating, "All I'm asking for is just a little more time."

Oprah agreed to extend her eviction from 30 to 60 days, but that's not enough for Barbara.

"You are a billionaire. God has blessed you to be a billionaire, and this is what you do?" she said.

As part of the divorce, Barbara was offered another home nearby, but she was also required to sign a confidentiality agreement about the TV legend. Barbara refused.

"She knows I know the story. I know the story. And to set me out now, why shouldn't I just tell my story?" Barbara told reporters.

Divorce lawyer Rose Palermo represented Barbara Winfrey. INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent asked Palermo, "When she says that Oprah knows that she knows the story, it sounds as though Barbara is threatening to perhaps write a book."

Palermo replied, "I think Barbara's got a lot of stories to tell about Oprah."
