Sandra Bullock's Accused Stalker: 'You Are My Wife'

New details on Sandra Bullock's accused stalker reveal that the star came face-to-face with the man who told her: "You are my wife." INSIDE EDITION has the latest.

It was scarier than we ever suspected. Sandra Bullock actually came face-to-face with her accused stalker in her house!

Police say he was carrying a handwritten note for Bullock that read: "You are my wife...You belong to me and me to you."

The terrifying new details are coming to light in just-released court documents.

One of the letters the intruder was carrying read: "I love you. You are very special to me. Without you in my life there is misery...you are my girl."

The evening started with a celebration. Bullock had just been awarded Spike TV's "Decade of Hotness" award before returning home for the night.

Sandra came home and took a shower. Then went to bed.

That's when cops say Bullock heard a loud banging. Then, she saw Joshua Corbett lurking in the hallway, wearing dark clothing. She slammed her bedroom door shut, locked herself in, and called 911.

When cops arrived, Corbett yelled out, "Sandy, I'm sorry. Please don't press charges!"

Police say Corbett was carrying a notebook with cut out magazine pictures of Bullock and multiple creepy handwritten notes. One referred to her four-year-old son, Louis and read: "I will forever be thinking of you and Louis, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you."

Bizarrely, he also forgives Bullock for "anything you may have done."

Corbett has pleaded not guilty.
