Maroon 5 Makes Dream Come True for 10-Year-Old Fan with Down Syndrome

Ten-year-old Christopher Warner’s dream came true when he got to hang out with his favorite band, Maroon 5, backstage at their Washington D.C. concert!

Christopher, who has Down syndrome was so excited when he finally got to meet the band that he actually had a panic attack and had to lie on the ground. Surprisingly, Maroon 5 joined him by lying down on the floor.

The heartwarming meeting was arranged by Hot 95.5’s The Kane Show, and their host “Intern John” was by the 10-year-old’s side throughout the special meeting.

"They arranged for backstage passes and tickets. They immediately called the record label and worked it all out," Avery Stanert, a special education teacher at Warner's school, told TODAY.com.

The morning show directly got involved after they saw the video that Stanert created on YouTube, showing Christopher professing his love for the band.
