Jude Law, Robin Williams and Other Celebrities Who've Fallen For Their Kids' Nanny
If rumors of Ben Affleck's affair prove accurate, he wouldn't be the first Hollywood star to fall for the family nanny.
Jude Law famously had a relationship with Daisy Wright, who was the nanny to his four children with his ex-wife Sadie Frost.
The actor publicly apologized to his then-fiancee Sienna Miller in 2005, but they split in 2006 after attempts to salvage their relationship failed.
The couple rekindled their romance in 2009 but split up again little over a year later.
Ethan Hawke also married his former nanny, Ryan Shawhughes. The couple met when she cared for his children with his then-wife Uma Thurman.
Hawke and Thurman, who have two children together, divorced in 2004 and he married Shawhughes in 2008, although he insisted that she had nothing to do with his separation from Thurman. He has two more children with Shawhughes.
Robin Williams also had a relationship - and lengthy marriage - with his former nanny, Marsha Garces.
The pair met when she worked as a nanny for his eldest son Zak, Williams' son with his first wife, Valerie. In 2010, the couple split after 19 years of marriage and he married again the following year.
Jon Gosselin from Jon & Kate Plus 8 was also linked to his nanny, Stephanie Santoro.
Although he denied being involved with her, Santoro told InTouch that their relationship began when he asked her to come over during her one-month employment as the family's nanny.
She said he later told her: "Whatever you do, don't fall in love with me, because it's going to be impossible for me not to fall in love with you."
Ben Affleck has denied having a relationship with his children's nanny. He announced his divorce from Jennifer Garner last month.
