It is no surprise 33-year-old Marawa Ibrahim graduated circus school. She spun the 160 hoops around her body three times to get her name in the records book, which is out today.

Speaking to INSIDE EDITION, Marawa gave some tips: “Breathe and push,” she said. “You wanna use your abs.”

Kevin Bradford is another 2016 Guinness World Record holder: he's the world's tallest teenager.

The 16-year-old stands at an astonishing 7’1”, and he attracts attention everywhere he goes.

“I've been continuously taller than everybody ever since I was four,” he told INSIDE EDITION.

Height runs in the family. His mom is six feet tall.

He said: “I knew he was going to be tall, but I didn't know he would be 7'1''."

It's not easy to qualify for this world record. The commission at Guinness takes three measurements lying down, three standing up at three different periods during the day. They then take the average of those heights because people shrink during the course of the day.
