Judy Huth is suing Cosby, claiming he molested her when she was only 15 years old. The deposition will take place in secrecy at an undisclosed location in Los Angeles.

Huth is being represented by attorney Gloria Allred.

Huth claims Cosby gave her alcohol then directed her to a bathroom near a game room. When she emerged she says she found Cosby sitting on the bed. He then proceeded to sexually molest her, she claims.

And in an exclusive Dateline interview airing on Friday night, 29 Cosby accusers gather to talk about their stories.

The women sat down with Kate Snow.

Accuser Lili Bernard said: “He drugged me without my knowledge and he raped me.”

Eden Tirl said: “I was sexually harassed and assaulted.”

Jewel Allison said: “I was sexually assaulted and drugged.”

Cosby has denied accusations against him. His lawyer Monique Pressley said earlier this year: “What Mr. Cosby says is, one, he denies any criminal wrongdoing with respect to any person and two, that means that he did not have no consensual sex.
