Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom aren't getting divorced after all.
Court documents obtained by INSIDE EDITION show that an attorney for Kardashian withdrew the petition in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday.
It comes after pictures surfaced showing Lamar Odom on a stretcher as he was wheeled into Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
He was pictured with a leopard print blanket wrapped around him as he was wheeled into the hospital.
People magazine reports that his kidneys are "very damaged" and there's rising speculation that the former NBA star may need a kidney transplant.
Dr. Travis Stork of TV’s The Doctors warns it is not that easy to get a transplant.
He said: "Getting a transplant is not as easy as getting thrown on a list and it shows up it next week. It really does depend on your circumstances."
Dr. Stork also believes that even if someone has a history of drug use it would not preclude a transplant.
"If you can prove that you will be drug free going forward it won't affect your status one way or the other. The good news is even people with substance abuse history or a history of it, it has been shown that most of them don't relapse after an organ transplant," he said.
On Tuesday, Khloe Kardashian broke her silence following her estranged husband’s hospitalization.
She said in an official statement: "I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar.
"I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work. Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made."
She continued: "You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!"
