Women Dance in Their Underwear and Say 'Don't Hate the Shake!'

Women of all sizes across the world are posting videos of their dance moves online.

Melly Gibson has started an online movement after posting video of herself dancing in her underwear.

Using the hashtag #DontHateTheShake, scores of women of all sizes have now contributed their own videos doing the same dance.

“When I look at all the videos it just makes me smile,” she told INSIDE EDITION.

The 27-year-old thinks it's helping people accept and celebrate themselves.

“You see how it makes people feel,” she said, and hopes everyone gives it a try.

“Videotape yourself dancing. It’s really going to make you feel great, I promise,” she said.

Melly may no longer be self-conscious about her body, but she's found something else to worry about.

“I really have to learn how to dance,” she said.
