Armed Robbers Wearing Panda Onesies Hold Up Corner Store

Two men in panda outfits took a gun into a shop in Louth, Lincolnshire in the U.K. and demanded cash from the clerk before fleeing on foot, cops say.

Two armed robbers walked into a corner store in England Sunday evening and demanded money while disguised in panda onesies, according to police.

The male thieves, who authorities say had a handgun, are seen in surveillance footage wearing the odd animal disguises in a Louth, Lincolnshire store.

Police say the men demanded money from the female cashier, who was left rattled but unharmed by the incident.

The men fled on foot, according to a Lincolshire police press release.

Local residents are also being asked to check their trash for any discarded clothing.

Detectives would also like to hear from any retailers who sell similar suits and who recall selling two of them recently.
