The girls who performed at a Trump rally spoke to INSIDE EDITION about their new-found fame.
Three girls who became overnight stars after performing at a Donald Trump rally said the presidential hopeful very much approves of their message.
“He said he’s going to listen to our CD all night,” eight-year-old Alexis Popick told INSIDE EDITION. “I think he’s really nice.”

Alexis and friends Bianca and Izzy, both 11, caught the nation's attention with their star-spangled performance in Pensacola, Florida on Wednesday. Their song is inspired by “Over There” from the classic James Cagney movie Yankee Doodle Dandy.
The girl group, "USA Freedom Kids," was formed by Alexis’ dad, Jeff Popick, who also wrote the song's lyrics.
Alexis, Bianca and Izzy have been performing together for around six months. The girls are working on a full-length album, which will be out later this year.
“We like to sing and dance to patriotic songs,” Alexis said.
Izzy added: “We love inspiring and celebrating freedom.”
Popick told IE that he contacted all of the candidates about performing at their rallies but Trump was the most responsive.

There’s been a huge reaction to the girls’ performance – but not everyone is enthusiastic about it. Late Late Show host James Corden called it “horrific.”
But Popick shrugged off the critics.
“These are adorable, brilliant, talented girls,” he told IE. “[The criticism] may be a bad response on what’s going on in the country and the world and that’s why Donald Trump has to be the president and has to make this country great again.”
The song, “Freedom Calls,” is now available on iTunes and will be available as a ring tone in the next couple of weeks.
