Extreme measures are being taken to prevent Guzman from another escape. He's being moved every few minutes, or every few hours.

During his first five nights in the prison, he was transferred seven times, according to CNN

More than 400 new cameras have been installed at the prison, and guards record Guzman with helmet-mounted cameras.

An official who spoke to the Associated Press on the condition of anonymity said investigators asked the star to meet with them about her ties to Guzman and the get-together she arranged this year with him.
