How Did Oprah Eat Bread Every Day and Still Lose 26 Pounds?
Can you really eat bread and lose weight? Oprah Winfrey says she did in her new commercial for Weight Watchers.
In the ad, she said: "I lost 26 pounds and I have eaten bread every single day."
Oprah's claims are causing quite a stir, since most people think that bread is bad for dieters trying to lose weight.
INSIDE EDITION spoke to nutritionist Amy Shapiro, who said: "Avoid the white processed bread. That is going to be a bagel and white sliced bread."
Make sure you read the label; look for bread with words "whole grain" or "whole wheat," she said.
