Man Writes 'Die Yuppies,' Draws Swastika In Cement at Construction Site

The NYPD is looking for a man they say hopped a fence to etch “Die Yuppies” and draw a swastika in a Brooklyn sidewalk.

He and another person take off once he is done defacing the property.

The message was discovered on the construction site on Myrtle Avenue between Wilson and Stanhope streets in Bushwick about 10 a.m., a source said.

The suspect is described as a white man with long hair, standing about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a dark leather jacket.

The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating the vandalism, the source said.
