Video shows the hungry baby being taken to a veterinary clinic - much to the surprise of pet owners who had brought their cats and dogs to get checked out. The cub was fed and examined at the clinic.

Officials said the baby bear was unlikely to have survived another day in the wild without its mother. They believe the mom bear abandoned her child.

Though veterinarians hope to release the bear back to the forest once it is stronger, environmentalists were unsure if it will be able to survive on its own in the wild.
