A week after the atrocity inside Pulse nightclub in Orlando, Broadway's biggest names honored the victims of the massacre in a new benefit single.
Matthew Broderick and wife, Sarah Jessica Parker were joined by Lin-Manuel Miranda, Whoopi Goldberg, Kristen Bell, Gloria Estefan, Idina Menzel, Audra McDonald and many more for a rendition of the Burt Bacharach classic, "What the World Need Now Is Love.”
The song was organized by SiriusXM Radio host Seth Rudestsky and his husband, James Wesley.
Playbill.com posted a behind the scenes video of the making of the tune at Avatar Studios in New York City.
The recording can be purchased on iTunes with all the proceeds going to benefit the LGBT Community Center of Central Florida.
