According to a police report, the couple argued with the grandmother, who stopped her car and got out to walk rather than drive them home.

That's when cops say Rubio and Carrasquillo exited the vehicle and struck the grandmother multiple times in the face then threw her to the ground.

The woman fled, WPLG reports, while the couple got in the car and drove off.
