Nancy O'Dell Speaks Out on Crude Trump Comments: 'There Is No Room for Objectification of Women'
Nancy O'Dell is speaking out about vulgar comments Donald Trump made about her that were caught on a now-infamous hot mic.
The Entertainment Tonight host addressed the comments on Monday’s show: “There is no room for objectification of women, or anyone for that matter. Not even in the locker room.”
O'Dell is the married woman Trump was trash-talking about on the bus with her former Access Hollywood co-host Billy Bush.
“Our kids, especially our young girls, need to know that their hard work, their achievements, their intelligence, their heart are most important. And those things will not go unnoticed,” said O’Dell.
The fallout over that comments is serious: the latest NBC / Wall Street Journal poll shows Clinton ahead at 46 percent, and Trump at 35 percent.
On the 2005 tape, Trump admits that he once tried to seduce O'Dell. “I moved on her, actually. You know, she was down in Palm Beach. I moved on her, and I failed,” Trump is heard saying.
“I'll admit it. I did try and f*** her. She was married. I moved on her very heavily. I moved on her like a b****. But I couldn't get there. And she was married,” he said.
Trump continued, “And when you're a star they let you do it. You can do anything.”
