From 'Trump in a Taco' to 'Kim the Hostage,' Are These the Most Tasteless Halloween Costumes?

It's not just the presidential candidates getting the Halloween costume treatment this year.

Kim Kardashian is usually a Halloween costume favorite for those looking to channel the reality star's glamour, but this getup has drawn a firestorm of criticism.

The "Kim the Hostage" costume mocks Kanye West’s wife for having been bound and gagged during her $10 million dollar Paris robbery ordeal earlier in the month.

The Abracadabra Costume Shop in New York City showed Inside Edition other costumes to steer clear of. The owners here want everyone to know they don't sell the offensive costumes like "Kim the Hostage."

The shop's goal around Halloween is to "be more creative and sell costumes that are universally appealing."

Months after the world was riveted by the video of Harambe dragging a little boy in its enclosure before the beloved gorilla was shot to death at the Cincinnati Zoo, a tasteless Harambe costume has surfaced.

The outfit features the gorilla holding a toy baby, and has been branded extremely offensive.

Other costumes that should be avoided include anything with blackface and getups that make fun of transgender people or refugees.

In addition, dressing up as a terrorist is a bad idea and zombie versions of the recently departed David Bowie and Prince are also not advised.

Popular costumes for the upcoming Halloween season will certainly be Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.

One costume, “Trump in a Taco,” features the real estate tycoon in a taco shell.

There is also a "Hillary for Prison" costume, which sees the Democratic presidential candidate donning jail attire.
