He demonstrated how to roll a long piece of foil lengthwise and bend it into a circle. You can then place the turkey on top of it.

There is an inventive way to bake the stuffing by scooping it into muffin tins, and baking it in the oven. It cooks faster and becomes deliciously crisp.

If you don’t have time to peel and mash potatoes, you can purchase already-mashed spuds. You can also enhance them with heavy cream and butter before adding some small roasted potatoes for extra flavor.

Cleaning dirty potatoes can also be quite an undertaking. Instead of scrubbing them, load the spuds into the dishwasher – just make sure you don’t use the soap. After 12 minutes, they will come out squeaky clean.

Should a slew of potatoes need to be peeled but you are in a rush, there is a quick way to do it. First, pierce them with a fork, throw them into a water-filled bowl and pop the bowl in the microwave for 10 minutes. The skin will come off with ease.
